Option 3 – Felt Maps / YouTube
Pros
- Who doesn’t like maps?
Cons
- Embedded video function unusable. Preview sometimes doesn’t show. Fullscreen unsupported. No gyro viewing. Finnicky pinching and zooming to watch video.
- ‘Link out’ is the only viable option – this means leaving the Safe Cycling website to watch the videos.
Notes
- If the videos are the main thing… the map may be an unnecessary barrier.
- A proper map API integrated into the next iteration of your dashboard may be a better option.
